Our goal is to have satisfied customers and address any product concerns as soon as possible. If you need to return an item for any reason, please contact the supplier (MTL or Relcom) where you purchased the product. An RMA number will be issued for return shipping and to help track the product. If you feel the product is defective, please provide as much detail as possible so that a root cause analysis may be performed.
